The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate development, land use, zoning, public finance, public law, and/or government relations, with substantive legal experience in some or all of the following areas: real estate, municipal utility districts (MUD), public improvement districts, public-private partnerships in land development, and public law. A minimum of 5 years of substantive legal experience in any of the following areas: real estate, real estate development, municipal utility districts (MUD), public improvement districts, public-private partnerships in land development, or public law.
