Experience drafting pleadings, substantive motions and written discovery; developing litigation strategy; conducting large-scale document reviews and productions; working directly with clients; communicating with opposing counsel; and second-chairing trials, depositions and/or evidentiary hearings. Excellent writing and analytical skills as well as the ability to draft persuasive, clear and effective pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, mediation statements, orders and settlement agreements.
