We are seeking an Attorney for the Legal and Compliance unit to provide MMCAP leadership, staff, and membership with expert-level legal guidance and expertise through the drafting of contracts, requests for proposals, notices, and analyses that permit MMCAP to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements while developing and sustaining positive working relationships with purchasing officials, pharmacists, auditors, contracting experts, and others who comprise and represent MMCAPs membership of over 50,000 participating facilities.
