We specialize in surgical and non-surgical treatments for people with hearing disorders, balance disorders, nose and sinus issues, sleep apnea and allergies.What we are looking for:We're seeking a full-time Audiologist for our Carlisle, PA location. The hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM.What you'll do:• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments to evaluate hearing issues, including follow-up care with patients.• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs.• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing health.• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.• Stay updated on advancements in audiology practices and technologies.• VNG experience a plus.What You'll Need:• PA Hearing Aid Licensure or eligible to obtain.• Great counseling skills and follow-up care.• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service.• Work independently as well as with a team.What We Offer:• Competitive salary plus generous bonus potential.• Paid Holidays• Paid time off• Growth opportunities/training offered.• Healthcare insurance (paid in part by the organization).• 403B Retirement plan.Join a team of excellence to provide great patient care and be a part of the growth of a thriving ENT & Audiology Practice.
