The Associate Director, Financial Systems Service Delivery is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and ongoing service delivery of the organization's financial systems and technology infrastructure — with NetSuite serving as the core ERP platform — including NetSuite financial reporting and analytics, expense management systems, and related finance technology applications. Coordinate NetSuite implementations, module rollouts, and enhancements, and govern the twice-yearly NetSuite release cycle — leading project planning, requirements gathering, sandbox configuration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support for all financial technology projects in partnership with IT and external NetSuite partners.
