Establish electrical hold and witness points, including as applicable component identification, wiring and termination quality, grounding, labeling, enclosure and panel workmanship, insulation resistance, continuity, hipot or withstand testing, functional testing, and final configuration. During pilot and early production, provide intensified, hands-on verification of designated CTQs; witness key inspections, tests, and hold points; review complete release packages; train supplier inspectors; and manage a focused KPI and containment cadence.
