Provide functional support for Supply Chain applications serving a global user community across shoreside and shipside operations, including MXP, AMOS, AIM, and related systems; troubleshoot application issues, analyze business impacts, and ensure timely resolution to support uninterrupted business operations. Partner with the global Supply Chain user community to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, provide functional application support, resolve production issues, and drive system enhancements across the Supply Chain application portfolio, including MXP, AMOS, AIM, and related systems.
