This role partners with functional teams and business leaders to assess current and future training needs, evaluate the effectiveness of established programs, and develop practical learning solutions that support office and field operations. Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs focused on leadership, supervision, communication, teamwork, conflict management, coaching, and other interpersonal skills.
