Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care provided to the residents and administers direct care, by using professional nursing skills and judgments as required - maintains skills in the assessment, treatment and care appropriate to the unique needs of residents for whom they care. Reports pertinent observations, changes, and reactions regarding residents to the appropriate person (physician, manager, supervisor, etc.) Records these observations, changes and reactions accurately, concisely, and legibly.
