You''ll be responsible for reviewing accounts, researching claim issues, following up on unpaid balances, posting transactions, and helping maintain the financial health of the organization through effective collections and accounts receivable management. In this onsite role based in Franklin, TN, you will work closely with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to ensure timely reimbursement, accurate account management, and efficient collection of outstanding claims.
