Under general direction from the Finance Director, assists in the preparation of the County's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and directs the accomplishment of accounts receivable, grants and contracts, and payroll functions in the Finance Department. Within budgeted parameters and in conformance with the Clerk's personnel policies and procedures, recommends to the Finance Director personnel actions affecting all direct reports in the areas of compensation, hiring, transfers, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
