<ul><li>Reports To:<ul><li>Manager, QMS </li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>General Description:<ul><li>The QMS Lead Auditor ensures that the Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with any applicable standards (Customer Specific Requirements) or technical specifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 and 6.5 (as applicable).</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintains the written procedures, work instructions and forms of the Quality Management System as assigned.</li><li>Create an internal audit schedule and perform internal audits per Corporate directive. </li><li>Presents the systems status report monthly to Corporate.</li><li>Ensures the written audit reports and updated internal audit schedule is approved by the Manager of QMS. </li><li>Oversees the issuance of corrective actions and follows up countermeasure implementation.</li><li>Conduct follow up special audits per Customer specifics requirement updates and submit report to Corporate</li><li>Advise and assist the upper management with any concerns about the QMS. </li><li>Evaluates the application of the Standards within the procedures, work instructions and policies.</li><li>Key participant in all customer and third-party audits at the assigned facility.</li><li>Key participant in local Management review representing Corporate.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Authorities for an employee are granted by means of work instructions, policies and procedures and/or direction provided by management to meet the requirements of the customer</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Education:<ul><li>College Degree preferred or in lieu of degree; extensive job specific experience</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Experience:<ul><li>Five (5) years experience, in lieu of education, in Manufacturing Quality specifically in the administration of Internal Quality Management Systems.</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Skills<ul><li>Able to operate computer effectively with Windows, spreadsheet, presentation and word processor programs</li><li>Basic typing skills</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Training specific to placement in position<ul><li>IATF Lead Auditor Course (passing exam or working toward completion of training or testing). Job Description: Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Meet/exceed our company goals and three metrics. <ul><li>Complete all required training </li><li>Be able to work independently and serve as key role for overnight hotel support </li><li>Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards </li><li>Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to the guests </li><li>Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate </li><li>Balance the day’s business in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion </li><li>Be able to work all night, and also be available for other shifts at front desk when necessary </li><li>Have knowledge of all hotel systems including phone PBX, key lock, and PMS reservation systems </li><li>Can complete all tasks described on the relevant shift check list </li><li>Check credit of guest accounts daily and follow up if action is required  </li><li>Must have knowledge of surrounding area </li><li>Keep cash drawer secure and in balance throughout the shift </li><li>Sell and upsell rooms to walk-in guests and phone reservations </li><li>Have general knowledge of housekeeping </li></ul>Necessary Skills:<ul><li>Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc. </li><li>Must be responsible for safety and security of guests, fellow employees and hotel assets </li><li>Have knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures </li><li>Able to report to scheduled shifts </li><li>Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person </li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule.
