Create and oversee detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts covering the utility customer lifecycle, including accounts and premises, service activation, device and meter processes, meter reads and usage, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections. Key Responsibilities • Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy, master test plan, schedules, deliverables, and entry and exit criteria for integration, system, user acceptance, regression, and cutover testing.
