Maintain a safe job site by conducting safety talks, identifying and correcting hazards, monitoring subcontractor practices, enforcing applicable OSHA requirements, verifying proper protective equipment use, and maintaining current Safety Data Sheets. Develop, coordinate, and maintain field schedules, including sequencing trades across buildings, floors, apartment units, guest rooms, and common areas.
