This position is the Compliance leader, working closely with Legal, Compliance colleagues, IT, Operations, RCM/Finance, Human Resources, clinical leadership, and business leaders to strengthen the compliance operating model, optimize systems and workflows, address compliance concerns, support clinicians and their independent practices, and embed compliance expectations into day-to-day business practices. Through 815+ clinics, 23 IVF labs, nationwide telehealth capabilities and targeted case management, our 2,700+ independent, affiliated providers deliver comprehensive women’s health services and continuously work to implement methods and develop techniques or platforms that improve the healthcare experience.
