The Inventory Control Lead will work closely with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality departments to identify shortages, resolve inventory discrepancies, and ensure materials are properly allocated and staged before production begins. Candidates should have previous inventory control, manufacturing, or material coordination experience, along with a strong understanding of ERP systems, Bills of Materials (BOMs), production schedules, and inventory management procedures .
