The successful candidate will bring strong systems thinking and technical program leadership, translate safety and regulatory requirements into executable plans, drive closure of cross-functional risks and gaps, and establish the mechanisms used to determine when vehicles, software releases, operating locations, and operational processes are ready for public-road testing and deployment. This role will own the integrated program required to safely develop, test, and deploy autonomous vehicles on public roads, working across vehicle engineering, autonomy software, systems engineering, functional safety, legal, regulatory compliance, public policy, operations, and commercial teams.
