We’re looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer IV to join our remote team and play a key role in delivering quality software through automation, continuous integration, and rigorous testing practices. You will contribute across the full testing lifecycle, from test strategy and planning to load and integration testing, including server-side validation and ETL testing.
This role is a hybrid of technical expertise and strategic leadership, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions across our three main production sites. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex engineering design and disciplined project management to ensure our facilities remain at the forefront of technological efficiency.

This role focuses on designing and implementing automated validation for Windows endpoints, macOS endpoints, VDI, and Microsoft 365 applications to improve release quality, reduce failed changes, and strengthen platform reliability. The ideal candidate brings strong test automation experience, a platform engineering mindset, and the ability to create repeatable validation frameworks using tools such as UiPath, PowerShell, and other automation technologies aligned to enterprise engineering practices.

This role is primarily focused on building intelligent test automation frameworks, AI-driven quality assurance pipelines, and automated MDM solutions - leveraging machine learning and generative AI to eliminate manual effort across the software development lifecycle. Design, build, and maintain AI-powered testing automation agents that autonomously generate, execute, and evaluate test cases as an in-line part of the SDLC - integrated into CI/CD pipelines via tools such as Azure DevOps, Tosca, K6, or Playwright.
