Monitors and reports clinical, operational, financial, readiness, and implementation results to the CMO and appropriate leadership, governance, and quality bodies; represents Seven Counties Services externally as requested; maintains appropriate clinical competence; and may provide direct patient care, consultation, coverage, or other enterprise clinical assignments as directed. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operating plans; lead complex cross-functional initiatives; analyze clinical, operational, and financial data; build trusted relationships; communicate effectively with boards, executives, clinicians, payers, regulators, and community partners; and exercise sound judgment in a highly regulated environment.
