The ideal candidate will have strong technical and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of software-focused application support for core networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, AWS connectivity and several security platforms - Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancers, DDoS, SASE, DNS and VPN. Perform system and network analysis using well-defined toolsets for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response (e.g., packet capture, application performance management, syslog, Netbrain, Aternity, Observe, Arkime).
