The Automation / Controls Engineer leads the controls engineering scope for assigned, well-defined tasks and projects under guidance, owning the full lifecycle (plan, design, build, integration, test, support) within the single-engineer model to deliver safe, reliable, accurate, repeatable, and maintainable systems in Class 7 cleanrooms and cGMP environments, transitioning first-line support to Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance (remaining as second-line support). PLC/HMI: develops basic ladder logic routines and HMI screens; debounces/scales signals; monitors/controls common variables (temperature, pressure, speed, position, flow, level) via discrete/analog/serial/ethernet interfaces.
