You'll work directly with operations, finance, clinical, and other business teams to understand how work actually gets done, spot bottlenecks, and build practical solutions using AI, automation, and modern software tools. Within your first 90 days, you'll have independently identified and deployed multiple improvements that measurably reduce manual work, improve operational visibility, increase accuracy, or accelerate key business processes.
