MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Troubleshoot, Program, and backup all PLC's and interfaces • Create and troubleshoot the PLC network including designing layout to support new equipment lines • Ensure PLC laptops have updated software to communicate to all equipment • Train Maintenance Personnel on PLC troubleshooting and reading ladder logic • Support Palletizing operation by learning Yaskawa Robotics • Installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations • Maintenance of plant building, equipment, and machinery • Maintain clean equipment and shop area • Flexible work schedule covering all shifts and some weekends.
