Through leadership of facilities operations, capital planning, maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, business continuity initiatives, and cost management activities, the position enables operational excellence, supports manufacturing and business objectives, reduces organizational risk, and ensures a safe, reliable, and productive environment for associates and customers. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations; overseeing capital and operational projects; managing budgets to achieve cost, quality, and schedule objectives; and leading both exempt and non-exempt associates through coaching, development, and performance management to drive organizational success and continuous improvement.
