Responsibilities
As a Midas Store Manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule and coach employees. He or she provides strong and consistent leadership to cultivate and maintain a harmonious, collaborative, and highly productive work culture.
We are looking for a seasoned manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who will assume responsibility for operations, financial performance, morale, and growth initiatives.
p>Physical Requirements: The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, lifting of light and heavy objects, climbing ladders/stairs/ramps or scaffolding, and using tools and equipment that require a high degree of manual dexterity.
Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair, including the repair of brakes, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches, and other repairs.
