Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately
Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service bay
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Volkswagen or Audi vehicles (will consider other experience as well)
ASE certification or equivalent technical training is a plus
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
