Experience Required: 6+ Years (Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive System Architecture, Battery Management Systems, Lithium-Ion Battery Systems, Super Capacitor Systems, or Energy Storage Products). Strong understanding of battery functions including SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, thermal management, contactor control, diagnostics, fault handling, charging/discharging management, and power distribution.
