Verify that VMIs include the vehicle information, mileage, customer concern, dashboard lights, under-hood findings, tire and brake conditions, leaks, safety concerns, maintenance needs, and technician notes. You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, assist customers, support technicians, increase sales, and ensure every customer receives professional and honest service.
