Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose automotive issues.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
Coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the service process.
Generate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals from customers.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.
