Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and operations, including identity and access management, Microsoft 365, collaboration and voice, networking, cloud/compute, endpoints, service desk, ITSM, ServiceNow, CMDB, and asset management. Provide leadership and delivery oversight for assigned M&A pods, including Project Leads and core pod resources supporting collaboration, network, compute, desktop engineering, and related integration workstreams.
