The Program Design Manager will provide executive leadership and oversight throughout the design lifecycle, including development of design procurement strategies, preparation of Task Order scopes of work, consultant procurement support, contract administration, design management, value engineering, design quality assurance, design integration, constructability reviews, code compliance reviews, cost validation, and stakeholder coordination. The Program Design Manager will be responsible for directing and integrating all pre-design, design development, design delivery, and design support services performed by multiple consultants under separate contracts, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach that aligns with the Airport Authority’s goals, operational requirements, capital investment objectives, and Skytrax 5-Star customer experience vision.
