Manages, oversees, and monitors all airside, landside, and regulatory activities throughout the Airport; delegates authority and responsibility for assigned tasks to subordinates; identifies needed areas of change or development and institutes changes to improve operations; plans, implements, coordinates, monitors compliance, and evaluates policies and procedures; reviews and oversees work schedules of others all subordinate levels including other managers facilitating services in various areas of the airport. 7 Attends and participates in meetings and conferences with FAA Air Traffic Control Tower rep, Airfield Maintenance division, Airfield Electrical division, various Department of Aviation division reps, and contractors or consultants; coordinates, deconflicts, and gives final approval for airfield closures, airfield maintenance, or the handling of other airport issues.
