This position is responsible for general/routine and preventative maintenance, basic repair and maintenance services to campus office buildings to include, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, as needed or as assigned. . May be required to work in conditions that may be exposed to heat or cold, tight or obstructed spaces (vents), areas with high elevation (roofs), or objects/areas prone to electrical currents (electrical panels).
