Schedule Night Shift Full‑time, 3x12s (7p-7a) What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse in the STICU, you will: Deliver comprehensive, high‑quality nursing care to critically ill surgical and trauma patients Perform thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teammates Utilize advanced monitoring, life‑support equipment, and evidence‑based practices Support patients and families during highly critical and vulnerable moments What We're Looking For Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Georgia or compact‑eligible) BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe TCAR certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire Preferred: Prior ICU, Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, or Critical Care nursing experience Strong critical‑thinking skills and ability to thrive in a high‑acuity environment Commitment to teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient‑centered care Why Atrium Health Navicent?
