The Manager in Training works closely with store leadership to learn and apply the business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities needed to successfully manage a retail location and achieve organizational goals. This leadership development position provides hands-on training in all aspects of store operations, including financial performance, merchandising, production, customer service, mission integration, safety, and staff development.
