The avionics technician diagnoses discrepancies across aircraft electrical, avionics, and mission-system installations, documents work performed accurately, and coordinates with engineering, quality, and maintenance personnel to ensure all work meets approved technical data, customer requirements, and FAA regulatory and repair-station procedures. The Avionics Technician performs installation, integration, inspection, functional checkout, and troubleshooting of aircraft avionics and mission systems in support of Metrea’s Part 145 repair station activities, with emphasis on one off and first of type ISR modifications.
