This individual will independently lead process improvement efforts, drive resolution of manufacturing issues, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Test, Reliability, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program teams to achieve production and program objectives. This position requires strong technical judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment, and demonstrated expertise in electronics manufacturing processes, process improvement, automation, tooling, and root cause corrective action.
