Provide psychiatric services to child, adolescent, and adult clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and related conditions. Complete clinical documentation throughout the course of psychopharmacological treatment, including but not limited to comprehensive psychiatric assessments, treatment plans and reviews, psychiatric progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record system within 72 hours after each visit.
