Design and develop engaging learning experiences and supporting assets, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), performance support tools, hands-on labs, assessments, and knowledge checks that align with learning objectives and real-world product workflows. Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience designing and developing objective-driven and outcome-driven curriculum and assessments, and technical writing.
