The scientist will be involved in the academic activities of the center; he/she will join a diverse team of experts conducting research in a dynamic environment involving strong collaborative links between researchers working in projects focusing on the investigation of brain health in projects focusing on cognitive decline, neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and autism spectrum disorders), dementia and related diseases (e.g., Alzheimer's disease), and mental health. Additionally, investigators using multimodal neuroimaging, artificial intelligence, and multi-omics approaches to build diagnostic tools, identify biomarkers, develop models and tools to predict and improve treatment outcomes to impact population health in both children and adults, and/or discover targets for drug development are strongly encouraged to apply.
