Coordinate the planning, promotion and support of special events, including but not limited to: TUSPM Commencement Ceremony, Gallery of Success, Rite of Passage Ceremony, Thank-a-Donor Day, the Dean's Welcome Picnic for 1st year podiatric medical Students, Temple's Alumni and Homecoming weekend(s), Temple Toast, student scholarship/award ceremonies and Global Days of Service. Essential Duties: Each function requires that the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of students, donors, alumni, employees and the protected health information (PHI) of patients be safeguarded at all times from unauthorized use or dissemination as governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), as well as other related laws and Temple University policies.
