Reporting to the Vice President of Retail Strategy and Innovation, this role will help shape and execute Bob's Retail AI roadmap while partnering closely with Operations, IT, Business Intelligence, Training, Finance, Marketing, and field leadership. You will spend time with associates, sales managers, store managers, and field leaders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and help translate those opportunities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
