Working under the direction of the Director of Outreach, this position executes outreach strategies, develops relationships with healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, social service agencies, and employers, and represents SCCS professionally in the community. Identifies, develops, and maintains referral partnerships with healthcare providers, medical groups, schools, social service agencies, community organizations, resource centers, and employer benefits departments.
