The Bakery Dept Lead is responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, actively engaging guests through product preparation, active sampling and suggestive selling, employing a high-level food handling skill to ensure superior quality and freshness of all products, attracting guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, creating appealing product displays to attract guests, and understanding all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Beyond grocery, our diverse retail operations include liquor stores, convenience stores, fuel locations, pharmacies, and franchise businesses such as Ace Hardware, Country Floral, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Brothers Coffee, Erbert and Gerbert's, Godfather's Pizza, and Pet Supplies Plus.
