Impact Managers (IMs) lead and develop teams of full-time student success coaches (Americorps Volunteers) as idealistic, emerging leaders and practitioners who provide holistic support to students, classrooms, and school communities. Lead team in implementing City Years' service model, including classroom support, individualized tutoring, schoolwide initiatives, extended learning time, and other supports aligned to school priorities.
