WHAT'S REQUIRED?Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain financeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience with ERP systems and data toolsAbility to communicate financial insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsPower BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus! You'll partner closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, analyze profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
