The selected candidate must be able to work across business, application, data, reporting, infrastructure, security, and project delivery teams to document current-state business and technical processes, translate business to technical needs, map business and technical dependencies, identify gaps, and work with stakeholders to define future-state business and technical requirements that support continuity of Medicaid operations. This role requires a highly skilled communicator to serve as a project-focused technical business analyst translating complex business processes, screens, and data flows into clear, testable, traceable, and technically actionable requirements, building business process flow diagrams and visuals.
