Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics) or 5+ years of data analytics experience • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Tableau reports • Strong T-SQL skills with experience supporting ad hoc and recurring analysis • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and clearly communicate data-driven insights • Experience supporting marketing data operations, including email marketing and servicing list pulls • Working knowledge of U.S. consumer financial regulations (e.g., Privacy Act, Affiliate Opt-Outs, CAN-SPAM) • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, web analytics/debugging tools (e.g., GA4, Chrome DevTools), and paid affiliate marketing platforms is a plus. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress • Collaborate with project managers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Document business processes, system requirements, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and support ongoing maintenance.
