The Pharmacist will work in an inpatient, acute care setting and be responsible for clinical and distributive activities, including order verification, medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic dosing, clinical monitoring, team-based rounding, documentation, and teaching. Candidates with experience in hyperglycemia management, pain management, periprocedural management, psychiatry, geriatrics, oncology, and/or critical care will be given special consideration.
