The role requires a strong understanding of partner banking operations, payments, risk and control requirements, and cross-functional program delivery, as well as the ability to manage multiple workstreams, resolve issues, and maintain clear accountability across the partner lifecycle. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, partner or client management, implementations, operations, product delivery, or risk management within banking, fintech, payments, or financial services.
